Bodine Construction Inc, a family owned and operated home builder based in Mesa, Arizona, has been building custom homes in Mesa and throughout the Valley since 2000. The business was established after the family relocated to Arizona from North Dakota, with the promise of quality workmanship for every client.
President and Owner Todd Bodine has been in the construction industry since 1975. Todd graduated from the North Dakota State School of Science with a degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating Technology, and originally learned the industry through the management of five lumberyards located in North Dakota and Montana. In Todd’s work there, he worked with retail clients, home and commercial builders and everything in between. As a corporation in Arizona, the Company has built well over 100 custom homes, incorporating countless styles, floorplans and elevations.
Staying within the family, Todd’s son Chad is Vice President, having both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Finance from the University of Arizona and San Diego State University. Translating those professional skills to the home building environment, Chad is in charge of many day to day operations, from on-site Superintendent, to scheduling and bidding from subcontractors, to everything in between with clients and prospects.
Todd’s daughter Rachel, also having both Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Arizona State University and the University of Phoenix, is the office administrator and helps clients and prospects throughout the design process.
